Regional Manager, Storage Solutions
Michael Peinado joined Union Development / Storage Solutions in August 2008 as Operations Coordinator and was promoted to the position of Regional Manager in January 2010.
As Regional Manager, Michael oversees the day to day operations of ten Storage Solutions self storage facilities. His duties include direct supervisory responsibilities of hiring, on-going training, scheduling, capital improvements, accounts payable, P&L analysis, and budgeting and forecasting of revenues and expenses.
Mr. Peinado's experience includes work for "NNN" (Triple Net Properties, now Grubb & Ellis), lead sales with Random House Audio book division-Library Sales, and other administrative, retail sales, and customer service positions.
Mr. Peinado is a U.S. military veteran - a Marines with Air Wing Communications units at 29 Palms and Miramar, CA.
