Asset Manager, Barker Pacific Group
Mark Handin manages Union Development Company's industrial, commercial, and storage assets. He oversees the marketing, operation, construction, and property management functions for all UDF-owned properties. Further, he oversees lease negotiations and subsequent tenant relations.
Prior to his arrival at Barker Pacific Group in 2008, Mark served as a Development Associate for BayRock Residential, a Northern California multi-family, mixed-use developer. At BayRock, Mark conducted feasibility and market analyses, managed the customer service department, and worked closely with contractors, local municipalities, utility companies, and investors to facilitate overall development project progression.
Mark received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was also a member of the University of Arizona Rugby Team. He is currently pursuing his M.B.A and Master of Real Estate Development from The University of Southern California. He is an active member of the University of Southern California's Graduate Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
