Property Manager
Ann Robinson joined Union Development Company in 1995 when it acquired the Indiana Business Park, a commercial/industrial complex comprised of 120 office/warehouse suites. She manages all aspects of the 150,000 square feet of property including operations, leasing, marketing, capital improvement projects and the preparation of the annual budget.
Her prior experience includes managing the Sycamore Springs Apartments, a 300+ apartment complex located in Rancho Cucamonga. This position provided valuable experience with property management, leasing, legal and day-to-day operations. Ann was also an Executive Assistant with the Veratex Corporation in Pomona, California before being promoted in that position to the company headquarters located in Troy, Michigan where she lived for three years.
Ann is involved in local charities in the Inland Empire involving children and animals.
