Regional Manager, Storage Solutions
Ken Druff joined Storage Solutions/Union Development in April 2008 as a Facility Manager and promoted to a Regional Manager in September 2008.
As Regional Manager, Ken oversees the daily operations of ten storage facilities. His duties include direct supervisory responsibilities of hiring, on-going training, scheduling, capital improvements, accounts payable, P&L analysis and budgeting/forecasting of revenues and expenses. Ken has focused his efforts on maximizing profitability while effectively managing the personnel at the various sites.
Prior to joining Storage Solutions, Ken’s prior experience includes customer service in the engineered wood products division for Weyerhaeuser and management/customer service in the grocery retail business.
This experience serves him well in many aspects of our industry, providing excellent customer service, leadership, and an effective business plan for our storage facilities to perform at their full potential.
Ken studied at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California where he took classes in general studies.
