Property Manager
Marva Beckman joined Union Development in 2006 and manages two retail shopping centers and an office building all located in Cerritos and Bellflower. She is responsible for all aspects of managing the properties including marketing, leasing, day-to-day operations, and overseeing capital improvement projects. She brings with her 19 years of real estate experience including residential sales and residential loan officer.
Prior to joining Union Development, Marva worked for Summit Commercial Properties and Highridge Partners in El Segundo. She held positions concurrently as Human Resources Manager, Employee Benefits Manager, and Insurance Administrator assisting the Risk Management Department in all aspects of property insurance for their development projects.
Marva is currently attending California State University Fullerton, where she is working on a B.A. in Business Administration, Management.
