Lauren Campbell joined Union Development Company in October 2007 as the Financial Manager. She is responsible for the daily supervision of the accounting department. In addition, Ms Campbell oversees the monthly financial reporting to management, as well as all other reporting requirements for Union Development Company’s real estate holdings.
Ms. Campbell brings over seventeen years of real estate accounting experience to Union Development Financial, Inc. In her seventeen years, she has previously worked for such companies as Coldwell Banker, Public Storage Inc., Cushman Realty Corporation and Cushman & Wakefield of CA. Within each of these companies, she has supervised all facets of accounting, including financial statement preparations, budget preparation and management of the general ledger. Lauren also brings with her, five years of accounting experience working in the retail and transportation industries, where she held various management level positions.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with various youth programs, where she works to inspire and encourage young individuals to reach higher achievements and improve their surroundings.
Ms Campbell holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University – Westchester, CA
