Manager, Storage Operations
Jae Ho came to Union Development in 2006 with 9 years of experience in Storage Operations, Sales Manager and marketing in Financial Services and Management. He currently is responsible for the overall operations of the Storage Division of Union Development. His duties include the budgeting, policies, procedures, overseeing the Regional managers who oversee the daily operations of all the facilities. He also reviews all capital expenditures to ensure delivery of all services, optimize spending and manage adherence to company standards. He works closely with the Marketing Manager for the marketing strategies for the storage facilities. He works with the Acquisition team for solicitation, review, due-diligence and market research of potential Storage acquisitions. He is responsible for the monthly financial reporting.
He is a graduate of University of California, Irvine with a B.A. degree in Economics.
