Kevin Tan is responsible for solicitation, review, underwriting, and market research of potential office, industrial and retail property acquisitions and conducts due-diligence.
Since joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Tan has been involved in the successful closing of more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he provides asset management for the company portfolio.
From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Tan served as Project Manager for Beijing Tian Hong Group, the third-largest state-owned real estate developer in Beijing, China. Kevin supervised the construction of over 3 million square feet of six new residential communities.
Mr. Tan holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California and a dual Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Economics and Management from Tsinghua University, the premier university in China.
