Gloria Cobble manages the firm’s personnel policies, employee benefits, training and strategic planning. Ms. Cobble will also oversee the staff at Barker Pacific Group’s subsidiaries, Union Development Company and Storage Solutions. The three companies currently have a total of 92 employees in four offices.
Prior to joining BPG, Ms. Cobble developed the staffing infrastructure of a start up company, consulted at Nuveen Investments and ICM Talent Agency, and spent 10 years at Western Asset Management developing the HR department. She also managed the human resource function for one of Cushman & Wakefield’s larger offices.
Ms. Cobble is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and management. She also has a professional designation in Human Resources Management from University of California, Los Angeles.
